Our Jasmine tea comes from Fujian province. Made only from the most tender leaves, it is one of the best varieties of jasmine tea. The tea leaves are mixed with just the right amount of jasmine blossoms to ensure a perfect balance of flavor. Fragrant aroma wafts from the tea cup as you brew the tea. The scent is relaxing and is a perfect complement to the fresh, refreshing taste of the finished brew.
How to prepare jasmine tea:
Heat some fresh water just until it reaches the boiling point. Let the water cool to about 90°C. Pour some hot water into a small pot, and rinse it out. Add a heaping teaspoon of tea leaves for every cup to the pot. Pour the hot water over the tea leaves. After about a minute, when the smell of jasmine fills the air, the tea is ready for drinking. The same tea leaves can be used for about four infusions.
How to store tea:
Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Unopened packages can also be frozen to extend shelf-life.
