"An exotic blend of fruits and flowers"
Babao Tea is also known as Eight Treasures tea, because it is blended from eight of the finest ingredients -- chrysanthemum from the Huangshan mountains, wild tea, medlar (the fruit of a tree of the rose family), honeysuckle, Nippon hawthorn, dried tangerine peel, cassia seed and rock sugar. One of the ingredients, wild tea, is rich in selenium, which has anti-aging properties and helps the body get rid of free radicals as well as toxic elements such as lead, mercury and cadmium. This exotic tea comes individually packed. Each packet can be used to make a 60 ml cup of tea, and is good for up to four infusions. The medley of ingredients make for a sweet yet subtle tea that's perfect for drinking throughout the day.
