Bohea Souchong is a luxury black tea. The tea leaves are smoked over pine fires, giving the tea a distinct flavor and aroma. Our tea is from the Wu Yi mountains in Fujian, where authentic Bohea Souchong black tea is made.
How to prepare black tea:
Reserve about 3 g of tea per cup. Pour boiling water over the tea leaves. Using boiling water will help release the flavor of the tea leaves, which have been fermented. Let steep for about 3 to 4 minutes. The tea leaves can be used for multiple infusions.
How to store tea:
Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Unopened packages can also be frozen to extend shelf-life.
