High mountain Oolong tea from Fujian province enhanced with ginseng
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, ginseng is considered “warming.” Ginseng is mixed with special grade Oolong tea from the high mountains of Anxi, Fujian province for a deeply aromatic brew that warms the senses.
Oolong with ginseng tea has a sweet taste that everyone can appreciate.
How to prepare Oolong tea:
Rinse the teapot with hot water. Prepare one to two heaping teaspoons of tea leaves per cup. Boil fresh, cold water and allow it to cool to about 95C. Pour the water evenly over the tea leaves. Let the tea infuse for about one minute. Several pots of tea can be made from the same tea leaves.
How to store tea:
Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Unopened packages can also be placed in the freezer to extend shelf-life.
